Does anyone know what the Australian price for this will be?

This camera is better than any blowjob I’ve ever had! Extreme, I know. However, this camera is excellent I wouldn’t be surprised if they used it for Hollywood movies soon. Plus, the 18-200mm lense is just simply awesome! Also, with a 1920×1080 resolution, I doubt you could refuse.

    thanks so much! :)

  6. visioneer32 says:

@50meli50 Video camera is camera only and Camcorder is camera and recorder in the one unit, hope this helps, ps there are no dumb questions just dumb answers

  7. 50meli50 says:

    hey!

  8. FLIGHTSIMEXTREME says:

  9. Popeetog says:

  10. latmask00 says:

@bikeRR Zeiss and G says otherwise.

  11. bikeRR says:

sony lens are a waste of money! …

  12. bikeRR says:

    WE WANT THE CANON VERSION!

  13. latmask00 says:

@casablancamicasa Since the camera is recording the frames progressive @30PsF (or 25PsF for PAL) but stored in 1080i60/i50 it should be no problem doing this in for example Sony Vegas.

  14. filenstyle says:

video operator in clip is recording ducks. How does he starts to record without rec button over top handle?
Then he records parrots. If it moves or changes position how can he change zoom fastly only with a manual zoom??
He uses a professional tripod for a small camera handycam. Camcorder has Just one kg weight but three kg of tripod :D :D :D :D

  15. casablancamicasa says:

@latmask00 how do you converted it without any loss? please tell us.

  16. latmask00 says:

The camera does records in 1080i60 or i50 (US/EU), this can be converted to either 1080p30 or p25 without any loss.

  17. MacMike1000 says:

Wow really impress with Sony this time, Canon need to come with something new to compete with this camcorder.

  18. Takeshi007Fukushima says:

That is really a bad idea to upload such a low res video for such…

  19. asaw1994 says:

“*An optional mount adaptor LA-EA1 is required.” Why is it ”optional” if it’s ”required”? haha

  20. casablancamicasa says:

this is all about sony’s marketing plan, they won’t give you 1080P and 24P with this cam because you already got the narrow depth of field with it which sony’s other cam can’t give you,but the concept about this cam is filmmaking so sony is doing something to against their own product,so this plan A will fail, wait, sony got a plan B,later, here’s come the pro version one with 1080P and 24P,because they have no choice, the pandora’s box was opened, people want it,of cause,it might cost you USD 2500.

  21. gabefung4 says:

of course video quality/price wise, it is no match to DSLR like 550d. Indie film making would be excellent with DSLR.

but for general freelance event/wedding/documentary shooting job, most client will disapprove those camera simply boz it doesn’t have the look, not the video quality. Plus they dont have the ease of control, ergonomic handle and battery life of a camcorder.

Consider the void between consumer hd cam ($1k) to entry level professional cam (4k+ ?), this is an interesting cam

  22. monostroy says:

That movie was taken in Bali – Indonesia isn’t? nice picture!
But I just bought a DSLR Canon 550D to shoot video! ^_^

  23. DonBurroni says:

    1080p please

  24. filenstyle says:

NEX-VG10 has auto zoom control button/level??

  25. Yannovitcho says:

Canon will come fast with a camcorder capable of full HD at every possible framerate, including 24p for the one who want actually to produce a “true” film. Maybe even with a full frame sensor. And/or XLR mic input. And Panasonic will follow with 1080p too, as their GH line are capable of that.
Then maybe ( comon’, dream a lil’ bit), Nikon will come and add RAW video capabilities ;)
